Anita Paoli, Esq., is Of Counsel at Mansfield, Bronstein, & Stone, LLP. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1990 and practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Guardianships, and Real Estate law. Anita was a Title Agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance through Attorneys Title Fund Services, LLC and Old Republic Title Insurance, handling national transactions and is now with Clear Skies Title, LLC.
Anita earned her Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in 1990, after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Miami in 1973. In addition to her Florida Bar admission, she is admitted to practice before several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1991), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (1992), and the U.S. Supreme Court (1997).
She is also a certified Florida Supreme Court Circuit and County Civil Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator.
Anita has been actively involved in various legal and professional committees. She served on the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee from 2005 to 2011 and the Rules of Judicial Administration Committee from 2013 to 2016. She has held leadership roles with the Broward County Bar Association, including Director, Clerk, and Bar Chairperson from 2011 to 2020. Ms. Paoli is also a member of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators, where she currently serves as President.
In addition to her legal practice, Anita has been involved in a variety of community and professional organizations, including the FBI Miami Citizens Academy Alumni Association, where she served as Director and Board Secretary from 2017 to 2022, FBI CAAA General Counsel Team Member from 2021 to 2023 and FBI CAAA National Compliance Director from 2022 to 2024. She has been involved with the Royal Dames of Cancer Research and the United States Naval Academy South Florida Parents Club, where she served as President from 2011 to 2013.
She is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
