Sulany Perez is an associate attorney at Mansfield, Bronstein, & Stone, LLP, where she focuses on commercial litigation and business law. Sulany earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2020, and a certificate in Business Law. During law school, Sulany held various leadership roles. She served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Complex Litigation, and Vice President of both the Cuban American Student Bar Association and the Business Law Society. Sulany received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University in 2016.
Sulany has represented businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial and business disputes. Sulany has successfully represented clients in contract disputes, business torts, employment law, insurance coverage, and probate litigation matters in both federal and state courts. She has also drafted and advised clients on various business agreements such as membership interests, loan, consignment, employment, and non-compete.
Sulany is fluent in Spanish. Her background and expertise in business law and commercial litigation enable her to offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients across a variety of industries.
