Carol Strauss Marcus is Of Counsel at Mansfield, Bronstein & Stone, LLP. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, Ms. Marcus brings decades of legal experience to the firm and has focused most of her career on representing community associations throughout Florida, from drafting Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) to covenant enforcement for condominium and homeowner associations. Her litigation experience includes matters involving violations of the CC&Rs and all aspects of lien foreclosure in favor of the association.
Ms. Marcus has also practiced personal injury law and has represented clients in Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, she will contribute to the firm’s growing mediation practice.
