Robert J. Mansen, Esq.

Robert is a partner in the Litigation Department at Mansfield, Bronstein & Stone, LLP, and practices in the areas of commercial, construction, landlord/tenant, and real estate litigation.  He also handles appellate matters before the State of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.

Since joining the Firm in 2013, Robert has represented clients within a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract matters, cases involving allegations of fraud, conversion, and civil theft, and construction lawsuits, to name a few. He has helped guide clients outside of litigation with strategies to best suit their goals, for example, by negotiating and obtaining agreements outside of litigation or preparing tailored documents to suit a client’s needs. As a trial attorney, he has successfully first-chaired bench and jury trials for the Firm’s clients.

Robert graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. While attending law school, he competed in trial competitions across the State of Florida, including the Florida Justice Association Competition in 2011 and the ABA Labor and Employment Competition in 2012, on behalf of the University of Miami Trial Team. He was a finalist in the University of Miami Trial Competition in 2011. Similarly, Robert earned a Legal Research and Writing Dean’s Certificate for his excellence as a legal writer. Robert enjoys trial work and seeks to master as many different areas of law as he can over the course of his career so that he may better serve his clients.
