Robert J. Mansen, Esq.
Associate
Robert is an associate in the Litigation Department at Mansfield Bronstein, P.A and practices in the areas of immigration law, commercial litigation and foreclosure defense.
Robert graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. While attending law school, he interned as a clinical student with the Community Lawyering Clinic, where he assisted inner city tenants facing consequences of foreclosure by educating them about their rights according to the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act. Robert was also an Honorary Fellow in the Death Penalty Clinic, where he worked on several high-profile federal and state criminal cases.
Robert has competed in trial competitions across the State of Florida, including the Florida Justice Association Competition in 2011 and the ABA Labor and Employment Competition in 2012, on behalf of the University of Miami Trial Team. He was a finalist in the University of Miami Trial Competition in 2011. Similarly, Robert earned a Legal Research and Writing Dean’s Certificate for his excellence as a legal writer.
Robert enjoys trial work, and seeks to master as many different areas of law as he can over the course of his career so that he may better serve his clients.
