Jillian Philo, Esq.

Jillian Philo is an Associate at Mansfield, Bronstein & Stone, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Head Law Clerk at an intellectual property firm, where she conducted legal research across courts and jurisdictions on intellectual property matters for clients that conduct e-commerce on Amazon. In that role she drafted and finalized pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and written discovery, assisted lead attorneys in preparing for hearings and oral arguments, and regularly attended hearings, arbitrations, and depositions.

Before law school, Ms. Philo worked as a legal assistant at a Fort Lauderdale firm, where she managed the attorney’s calendar, drafted real estate contracts and closing documents, and reviewed, explained, and notarized closing documents for clients.

Ms. Philo earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2026, where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mindfulness in Law, and passed the July 2026 Florida Bar Examination. She is proficient in legal research and practice technology including Lexis, Westlaw, CLIO, Qualia, and PACER, and has experience with AI-assisted legal research tools.
