Mansfield, Bronstein & Stone LLP has filed a Second Amended Complaint in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court (Case No.: 2025-020070-CA-01), dramatically expanding its elder-abuse lawsuit against former financial advisor, Kevin McCarthy.
